The main two reasons, why this mod is dying are,
1- people taking the game too much more seriously than they (as a game) should..
2- the presence of hax users.. hax and the advantage some players in illegitimate ways have against others which cause unfairness in general..

As a person Shadow, I never knew you, except from two events.. once when you invited me to your team.. and again once you played with me at a server.. from both events I (sadly and sorry to say it) can't really say that your behaviors are very respectful

With regards to votes, I didn't vote yet, because I am a person that cares to be fair.. I have to read for at least the links which Camel provided but I am running out of time now..

Everyone deserves a second chance! but from the conversation between you and Skull, I don't know why the 50/50 doesn't seem as half half, instead it means 50 chances.. which is quite more than what one could deserve..

People sometimes are kids.. then they grow up and realize their mistakes.. but sometimes when people are aware of their own mistakes then keep getting second chances to commit them again and again.. they kind of become like drugs and addiction.. so it is difficult to judge for this situation, also the main post you wrote doesn't really show a standing level of sincerity with your apology..

For people which don't know well, best to not judge for this except by the people which are old here and know shadow's case better.. for less mess

Not personal toward anyone, but just a reminder, if this mod has to come to an end.. better die with some honor than to have to content and contain cheaters and hax users due to the lack of numbers..
