Hi, I did some changes over the old HypoThermia UIE code:

r1047: New apperance, improves and bugfixed
============================================
New background (with expectacular fog only in openarena) in all menus.
Change standard color font from orange to white.
Depure redraw model in menus.
Optimized ingame weapons mode detect.
Add console messages to hud8 (chat messages are bugged in 2.2b).
Add xp_ambient in sound menu options.
Fixed callvote teambalance.
Fixed routine that detect xp_enemymodel in enemymodel window.
Fixed logo aura in main menu.
Hide huds configs in Load/Save menu.

r957: Ingame Menu improves.
===================
Reorganize all igame menus.
Start is now selected by default when ingame menu is launched.
Remove Close! option (press right mouse button is the same).
Remove submenu Vote -> Yes, No (press F1 or F2 is faster).
Remove kick vote (is a ref vote in 2.2b).
Callvote Roundlimit now is always shows.
Include callvote team balance, physics and unlagged.
Agroup callvote map, nextmap and restart map into Maps submenu.
Now Callvote Fraglimit, Timelimit, Capturelimit, Roundlimit and Weapons shows their actual value in grayed type letter (unlagged and physics not shows their actual values in the server because they are not included in /serverstatus).

Reduced the model size in the main menu.
Attenuated the animations of the model in the main menu.
Minimized the main menu options.
Minimized server setup options.
Removed items menus and added weapons modes.
Update "xp_name" as "name" in playersettings.
Fixed bug viewer demos (linux is case sensitive).
Fixed the selection square and the arrows in the list of demos.
Include new graphic options from Openarena/ioQuake (bloom, antialasing, 3D, ...)
Include bind for new keys (voip, team_voip, screenshotJPG).
Include cl_voip in sound setup options.
Use the same window to load/save config.
Include load/save config option ingame.
Include ingame submenu to start/stop recording demos.
Included Callvote Weapons (AllWeapons, CPMA, Default, ExcessiveX and Instagib).
Include Callvote Excessive Gametypes (FTAG, 1CTF, PTL, ...)
Include Callvote capturelimit
Added ingame submenus background.
Fixed bugs that prevented the team bots start in spectate mode.
Removed some obsolete variables.
New artwork using textures 100% free.
Include screenshots in callvote map ingame.
All menu compatible with 4:3 and 16:9.
Include callvote roundlimit when the g_game is FTAG, PTL or CA.
Include cg_forcemodel in model settings.
Include xp_colors y xp_enemycolors y playersettings.
Fixed bug when cg_forcemodel is 1, not update models when change.
Include xp_enemymodel setup.
Include hud selection ingame menu.
Updated filters in map selection and callvote map ingame.

Require ioQuake3/OpenArena v1.35+.
0.- Download "UI Enhaced 1.3 (compiled).zip" (sources are only for developers).
1.- Unzip file into your Q3/OA directory.
2.- Launch Q3/OA and select excessiveplus in the mods menu.

Now I'll only fix the bugs that can appear. If you see one, please tell me.

In the last couple of weeks i thought often to start something new (old new).

How is the gameplay in open arena (io-quake?...) Is there also a insta rail?Freeze? Weaponmovement...? 

A short summary related to a classical e+ player would be cool.

openarena is q3 redone without any illegal parts, ergo original map, textures and pb missing, maps have been remapped if they have been good in q3 (for example dm17) and oa has full mod support for any q3 mod using qvm, for any q3 mod like e+ based on dll there has to be a special oa modification.

I upload the third release candiate with:
1.- New artwork based in free textures.
2.- New main menus style.
3.- One pk3 100% compatible with Q3 & OA.

Soon the final release.

The menu is not centered on my monitor at resolution of 1280 x 1024
