ok, surely this is the last thing:to do. the hook.
hook speed changed from 2000ups to 900ups, very good!
but reload time yet... old one had ultra fast reload time, this 'new' have much longer. could you fix it?

: the modified engine is often used in the osp community, yes its hacked. the way it works is if your server runs the same engine you can enable or disable x_ values on the client to customize the gameplay further. its super stupid, you find it on github.
