Oh man, I was very surprised finding my clan in this list.

I think you don't need to control new clans because if they really want to be a ranked clan they will only practice and have FW first month. For example all march and april we only train and recruit new members. And only in May we have CW.

me, as leader of a new clan, would say:

e+ needs new clans and if they dont act serious they will die otherwhise they will exist for a long time(i hope).

so dont worry.
