Just decide to quit like i did, no patches no gums, just a trong desire to leave that all behind and Here I am 3 years later no tobacco no alcohol and I'm only addicted to quake 3.

ja ja just like me im completing a month soon of quitting, i havent missed it at all and i use to smoke like a chimney - almost 2.5 packs a day in the summer at work
then i had really bad chest pains so i thought id give it a rest :roll:
