Faking what, exactly? Their tag is not even remotely similar to any of the ones Ali made his clan use, hell, even the XP is used in a different context (in Ali's XP, it stood for Expert Plus, this XP is a reference to Windows XP).

Wtf? It's not the first time two clans share a name, you know. And since the "victim" is long dead..

@ mad , would it be ok if someone makes a new clan called "knock out" or something in short KO ofc with different tag ? i don't think so.
and at least XP-clan founded by Aliminum was around in e+ more then 2,5 years.

hm, hard question.
i would say its not forbitten, but its not ok. you must difference that. its like you go to the street and say to a person "can you have one eye at my dog pls? im back soon?" and the u let him wait 5 hours. its not really forbidden, but its not ok.
i think every new clan should be able to create a new tag and new name, but if the leader cant imagine smothing else, uhm... its not nice but i think he should not be banned for this.

You being angry at them because of their behaviour has nothing to do with this so-called faking. They aren't faking anything. Do they pretend to be the XP clan of old in any way or shape? If they are, fuck them. If they do not (and nothing i see makes me believe that is the case), leave them be, they do no harm at all.
