strange gfx card problem

hi
hope u guys can help me i already asked few ppls but they couldnt

after getting back my gfx card which i sended tp producer cuz it was fucked up i just get a signal after 10 secs or after restarting pc few times. i already tried vga but there i got same problem and monitor works perfect with other gfx cards

edit: psu is a open a0350-12apnf and mobo is gigabyte 848p card which causes problems is radeon x1650

[mouse]: ie 3.0
[mousepad]: corepad eyepad xxl
[keyboard]: Steelseries 6gv2
[headphones]: SteelSeries Siberia v2
[monitor]: Samsung Syncmaster 1000s 21"

try to download some linux ditro (for example ubuntu) and boot from CD and run it from CD. Result? You will try if is gfx ok without reinstallation of win Winking

it happens after pc start so no its not an linux nor windows related problem

hm hm, no idea. try to use gfx card in another PC. Maybe its still fucked Winking
