Arrow This is at least 5th time to somone push vote, administrator twice, obviously comunity refuse that several times and perssitantly is course in that way. Obviously after 10 times, because noone will be intrested will finaly voted positively and make obligation on whole comunity. TDM league have 28. rules :!: More rules will totaly complicate comunity and we will need then lawyers instead of players. GO FOR IT !
Anyway you should make votes of clanleaders to be democratic for EPUC. This simple vote not obligate clans on nothing.
