well on borg hes banned too for now , he admitted cheats ,skull catched him before, i dont wanna have soaps on borg concerning shadow with other honest players , so

I also asked him 7 times the name of the cheat he used , but he dont wanna tell ...
so yeh , then it will be a hard story for us to help him too

I don't think so. Terror likes to react way too quick so under shadow's mates comments on first page he probably thought everyone will agree.

My opinion about that situation : Lovely that he admitted he got caught, ahd he won't do it again.

F2 - once a cheater, and I would like to say lifetime a cheater, but that's not true. Anyway it's too early to lift his ban off.
