Hello, Ebashu got from me RED CARD for supporting shadow.
After shadow got banned for cheating we also punished whole
D4 by bannig it aswell. Shadow made a new clan (cant remember
the name of it at the moment) and Ebashu was supporting him
and covering his ass. Also there was some issue with Ebashu's
nickname which is some offensive stuff in russian (dunno what
and I don't care).
I remeber talking to seebz about ebashu, we both agreed
to give him last chance because he seems like a good guy
but with bud influence of assholes and cheaters 
So he got only RED CARD = LAST WARNING
Now he seems to be very good guy, nothing to do with
cheaters anymore. Besides he already has changed his nickname
so it's not offensive anymore.
IMO fps has 100% right to be pissed off but lil' bit overreacting.
Sorry that I'm bitching around but changing rules in ranking
is pretty important for most of people around here, so pls
Skull when u change something there make a anouncement
or make a blog, just like me and seebz were doing

Interesting you ask for an change blog, you obviously altered the card system in past without anybody recognising 
Nevertheless, we need to treat ebashu special - due to him having his unban under 'lucky' circumstances.
As result of this unban, he managed to find a clan supporting him and had zero issues with rank since then, which, after all, has to be mentioned and taking into consideration.

you might compare it with the ban for psy clan, also has red card and there were other cards in past. Ebashu did quite a heavy violation there imo for somebody who "doesn't" cheat.
Since terror handed out the ban (as far as i could find that in history) under his 'altered' (I couldn't find much about the card system in past, it's a hazzle that terror deleted ALL old threads and reposted them.) altered rule and made it a red card - a last warning.
Since I can not alter such a final accepted judgment, it stays like that, ebashu/tgk has the only red card on warning list which doesn't mean a ban and any new issue can make the ban happen. However this is just possible with the support of Jumps clan, you guys might rethink and decide finally if you want to support him or if the things he done in past are to much for you.
The research about that took me over an hour time, happy now? Just for further side note, there was zero plan to ban ebashu, it was rather a fix of the rule that came along with some fixes of correct spelling.

Can u explain why the bans handed out for a period of some time now are permanent? and how u will have a track on those "new" people if u handle the thing this way? U know if u ban someone for a lifetime what he have to lost if hes going cheat again? Pretty nothing... so better expect people who will get banned like that will behave like they have nothing to lost

Sorry but i don't understand u
If u really want i can made other topic and discuss things there should I?
. there is only one status appeal and its under Paradise, or it is for all people? Excuse me but the topic with warns/bans is completely unclear as it is now
. he got banned before new year for 6 months (don't remember now exactly when) now hes banned for a month or something more (16.06.2011) so u added to his penalty some time without a reason
. i never understand the appeal status at all if they are banned permanently, i know how it worked before and i can say it was some serious rubbish, and the ranking ended up in terrible bad condition
. new Ranking Moderators had been chosen by the community supposed to made things the democratic way, that is what the crowd demanded during past two months why u have changed Ranking Rules without asking the people at all?

As for me, new system more logical, red card = ban. Why Para have appeal date and dsharpe not? Maybe because Para don't insult mods so hard like dsharpe on forum and chat. I remember that shit what dsharpe wrote in chat, nothing pretty.

Guys, don't put Paradise and Dsharpe in same basket. You "cheater catchers" tested Dsharpe with that new tool which you made and there cheat was proved. About Paradise, he wasn't tested or catched in anything. Still is unclear what type of "hack" he used. I searched whole internet to see for what exactly mean that violation code, but couldn't find nowhere. Those 6 months are long enough for his "unclearly" case I think...
