That action was taken as a precaution. You are not kicked from the ladder. Your membership to the ladder was inactivated.

For this case, I think enough was said. The result is that there is no
solid proof that Samix used the cheat anywhere and the topic is analyzed
by the people and people have their thoughts about him from now on.
There should be put a careful eye on him though, but it should be
considered that this topic has already damaged his reputation. I will
release his account on 1v1 ladder from suspension and if you think he
cheats you shouldn't play vs him. Again the decision will be given by
the community members in this way. Setting a poll here doesn't work as
you know because I don't want to put anyone in the position of being
voted by his haters with a "yes for ban" and by friends "no for ban". It
will become a useless voting procedure to find out who has more haters
or friends as was the case in the last polls.

So Samix has been released from any sanctions taken against him.

just as note, owning a cheat doesnt mean you cheat, but sharing it is worth a ban.

DarkAanalgel posted info about it in new clan members topic in past as i can remember (screens from his DropBox with cheat uploaded). Nothing was bad in that except his excuses ;-]
