@milena: Fate did a very hard work before and still does now when he can. If you can do it better why don't you come to show us. The same for others. You want the ranking better? Get involved.

About Rayden, what he did at least he tried. Others haven't even got that far. And i congratulate him for that.

@terror: the rank mods have independence from me on how to do their tasks, i never told each what to do. I only help them to integrate with the team and help in case of conflicts. But the decisions are theirs only.

Ive listed above the things that normaly the rank mods team (as a team) should perform in the forum and in temprank.

We criticize too much and do too less. Too much talk and less facts. And because of that some mods quit.

Respect to all people who got time for sort all problems around.It is easy to put box of complain but for sure a lot of time is wasted (privet time) You can learn ore go to work, go to club, ore sit in e+ ref team and rank all games .

it is sad for many people but. i dont see here nobody interested for be a RM>
In past Rm was DArky and Rose
Maybe now is time for AlienM and Equinox XDDD

y to rank games is not so easy, u have to spend looot of time, and in past ppl played each day their damn games 1vs1 (fps, rage, seebs!!!)...now its not so active the ranking games, only when cup is runing or smth.but owuld be good if new rank mods, write news and such as we did in past, at least will be something interesting to read in e+.

Thank you for your willings to do some boring job, SP and Rayden. Even if it wasn't long - it's still better because at least you wanted to.

And now, have a nice lecture!

In fact, I consider myself as rank mod. Actually, I was interested in it quite a while ago but now I am sure I could handle this.

I'm not the best candidate out of all the people in here, but I got some spare time I could spend on validating the games around this community. The most likely, some of my judgements probably would be wrong, but as long as there would be Fate to coordinate my thoughts and judgements - I'm sure I could do some good job for this community. As I claim myself to be a member of this community for the past 3 years, I would like to give something in return.

"Another one-month-long rank mod - khaz"? I don't know. I must say, I'm on my way to open a business which is gonna be started in the middle of March this year. That means, till that time I got a lot of free time and after the business starts, I honestly don't know if I will still be capable to do some work. Starts on my kind of business are tough and they depends of many factors. If everything will be looking fine there and running smooth - surely I would still be capable to do some work in here.
I'm writting this because I want you to know, that I might quit when I start my business.

On the other hand, doesn't look like you have many of volunteers...
I offer my services as ranking moderator, decision is up to you.

I can assure you I will do my best to do the most fair decisions and validate the games for ranking, but I promise nothing about how long I will do this job.

I wanted to send this application directly on Epsilon's PM but I want you also to know what I will present with my person, where's the heck [time] and indeed I'm curious about community agreement or criticism.

Btw. If I get this job I will start using mIRC and MSN again.
