I would like to explain one situation which we have now in this cup.

It's about clan "[D4]" / "Dangerous 4"
One of their members (Ligastaev) was caught with cheats and got banned.
Since [D4] didn't kick Ligas from clan yet, the whole clan is banned
from E+ ranking for supporting cheater in own clan.
Furthermore [D4] Leader: Shadows lied to me when he wrote they kicked
him from clan, which they obviously didn't do.

I'm organizator of this CUP and Ranking Assistant
so seems that decission is all mine xD

If I look look at it from side of CUP organizator I would say:
- I don't care if clan is banned or not, clan is participating in cup,
so matches must be played and will be valid in cup.

If I look at it from side of Ranking Assistant I would say:
- [D4] Clan supports cheater, so I'm not suprised that
other clans don't wanna play against them.

Now my decission:
I hate cheaters and people who support them,
so as long as Ligas is in this clan this clan will be banned,
furthermore any match in this cup they will lose by W/O.

seems like shadow kicked ligas since he is not in clandb, and to make it clear, from now on ALL matches against d4 will be a wo, which means, they are out, but still be in the "participating list" am i right?
