Yes that's true but if echooo want, he can make his own ranking system somewhere and just play it as it is without e+ ranking. Or make league on 1 gametype but that will take time again to ask leaders if they're still "IN" if gametype will change for only one.

The tournament still can be added in ranking without changes by either :
1. Adding each map as a match with 1 map with the respective gametype. This can add major points changes in the ranking for each clan therefor all the participant clans must accept this including a rank mod to be valid.
2. OR by adding games in ranking with gametype "MIX" the only problem with this is there are no ladders watching the MIX game type. And also the fact that ANY mix of gametypes can be considered a MIX. A never-ending ladder watching this gametype can be done. Again all the participant clans must accept this including a rank mod to be valid.
if not, other options with rule changes might be:
3. not to consider the tournament to be in the ranking anymore. The tournament will have its own point counts anyway. E+ ranking is just something that goes in parallel with the tournament and rewards the clans for their participation in the tournament. But can also be missed, the clans will still have their fun and good moments playing in this tournament.
4. change the tournament to be in ranking.

The last one is the most sad because clans already accept the rules and might cause problems re-accepting the one ones. So i propose to target the 1-3 options.

What do you mean Elite'z changed the configuration? As far as I know, the config was made by Echo and he gave it to server owners. That's all there is about it. Why would anyone change the config
