I accept the fact im a noob, i read the faq by madrovtsy, but i didnt get it exactly, which in q3config file do i have to write those binds, the one in the baseq3 file, the excessive plus file, or where????

one more thing, the files which are played, where r they actually??? cuz i want to add some of my own simple voice tones....
