That's exactly what I'm saying. 
. And a change always needs to have a strong basis and a path to be followed to reach the desired success. Changing your car's paint won't make the engine run faster. .

the people gets in some things to deeper happens just like to rix or paradise, - all of it its just too much, - this can be evaded by have some brakes from time to time, look at me i do not play just like someone so - i say too often - i play 1 to 5 hours in a week just then i feel i miss some action
another i thing what comes to me, this isn't just all about quake and pc (anyways pc's are our work and communication tool), cause here we play against each other (and yes ats some levels we comunicate, like here and so on), sometimes we play only cause there some or another person that we like to challenge it, ..and there is not only one person
so i think that's why some people gets so even more addicted,
so don't get so too much in too it and then u can freely live, side by side
The majority of people think they think, when really they just change their prejudices. Understanding is a matter of will in most cases.

I wish you the best for ur real life... The trip sounds like a good way to isolate from any addiction, q3 included. i think that would help u out clearing ur mind, ur spirit (its a fact that travels expands ur horizons in any way)
Sooner or later, you are gonna play some quake i am sure of it...If everything seems to go smoothly in ur life, in ur relationship and etc i am sure u gonna enjoy some time relaxing by playing quake :) (when you are bored of movies 
)
