I changed my card 2 weeks ago or so and all is f**d up.
I tried a lots of cfgs...tried default one (and ofc alot a stuff in card drivers) and it still looks like this:

Its like q3 is running with 256 colors or so...in place with silghtest shadow its all totoally black..i dont see most of the corners so i cant move at all in ctf.
Other games are good...just q3 causes this thing Shock

Try this:
r_lastvalidrenderer "" (yes, empty)
r_mapOverBrightBits "2"
r_overBrightBits "1"
r_texturebits "32"
r_colorbits "32"
r_depthbits "16"
r_lightmap "0"
r_vertexLight "0"
r_dynamiclight "1"
r_fullbright "0"

vid_restart

Make sure to move all autoexec.cfg files out of your baseq3 and e+ folders before that.

do what mad said.
if that didnt work, check GL problems with your card using the software that came with it...
with the minimal info you gave us, we can't really help you.

possible solutions may be to downgrade your opengl driver, but i'm not going to recommend that at this juncture.
