what are the tools needed for basic movie making? I tried fraps but it looks like crap

I want something for mixing audio with vids shot in Fraps, Windows Movie Maker limits me to 30fps and that f*cking SUCKS! Evil

necro: in case you dont wanna do syncing you can do with YAMB. just pick audio track, video track, then mux it.

I use Adobe Premiere Pro for mixing audio with video. But depends on what format your video is in, because it can be fussy with some video formats.

God.
Use Sony Vegas, Quake3mme and VirtualDub and have no problem. Quake3mme is especially powerful tool for recaming & etc. You can do any cam (sometimes players that weren't visible during recording will not show up) with it. Including camera path points drawing, advanced capturing (not limited to 9999 screens), path saving, sound capture (I'd suggest to use SoundForge for that).... etc. One small issue - lighting gun does not work very well when in not 1st person mode :geek:

*cough* thought so. *cough* when to expect 1.6 release?

BTW mme_drawStencil - no such variable. There should be a way to strip out all items w/o modifying pk3`s..
