hi have a problem can get my pb to work. maybe have something to do with

Is PnkBstrA explicitly allowed? NO
C:\Windows\system32\PnkBstrA.exe
Is PnkBstrB explicitly allowed? NO
C:\Windows\system32\PnkBstrB.exe

It isn't related to those two.
just re-try installing it. fresh install. (uninstall via that installer and then re-run setup)

Try the attached pb.

1. Run pb.exe
2. Fully link to the Q3 folder (e. g. C:\Games\Q3A\pb) !don't miss "pb"

Check it to work.

How did you check it?

Try this way:

1. Launch Q3
2. In Mods load ExcessivePlus
3. Open Multiplayer
4. Enable Punkbuster
5. Restart Q3
6. In Mods load ExcessivePlus
7. Open console and read PunkBuster Client messages

did not work.
but i downloaded like 6 other Q3s one of them made it work for now.

so solved. yey happy x)

pb doesnt work with anything but the default 1.32/1.32b versions
I guess you ran it with ioquake or something

for win basically u need to run 1.32c while having an actual pb folder in ur q3 folder.
Then do pb_cl_enable and lateron check if the PnkBstrA and B (dont remember exactly) are registered in services of windows (run->services.msc)
