I have a problem and am not sure how to fix it. I have never had this problem before and used search button and haven't come across anything that helps. I am having problems with my pb, every time i start up e+ it says failed to extract C:\Windows\system32\PnkBstrA.exe. I use Vista 64. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

well i am not sure if that might help you....

reinstall pb with pbsetup...

well first thought secondly, is there any pnbstra.exe in system32??

oh i had same problem when i had vista x64... hmmm copy problem in q3 and paste it in google ;] i did that and it helps me... but i dont remember which site... hmmm but u need to dwnld smth from pb
i reinstalled system to XP, cuz on VISTA i had many problems;]

I installed pbsvc and ran test, everything said it was fine. I tried again and still had the same error. So I let it set for couple of hours and behold it fixed itself. Not sure how that works, but hey my pb works and I can now go on pb servers so I'm not complaining lol. Thanks all for your input.

Cryptor, I have exactly the same problem with vista and pb, where did you get pbsvc from and what is it?
btw I use Zonealarm firewall

Just d/l and install and it will make the tests required for you

Thanks Lion, I downloaded it and ran the test, but they failed and had many timeouts
