When i play on a pb server pb kicks me Chatterbox

RESTRICTION: MISSING/CORRUPTED WINDOWS API FUNCTION

I have the crappy vista if that helps Chatterbox

realy don't know how to solve the problem but learned from personal experience

yes this can be a prob but i dont think it is bleeding's. he tried to connect 500 times (yes fivehundred.. innuendo alert) and pb always kicked him within 0-i think max 5 mins.
afaik he updated his pb btw.

just incorrect installed PB or not started PB service.
Also any firewalls can block PB service traffic.
Moreover under Vista.
