Overclock Help

Dear E+ community Big grin

I am pretty aware that many people know about overclocking....Well i dont nothing at all.... so i want to ask you about ur help
and some kind of step 2 step tutorial if possible... I mean like saying what to change where to change Big grin

Thats my system

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 standard 3,16 Ghz Tongue

Mobo: Asus P5Q-E Everything on standard Tongue

GPU: Geforce GTX 280 Tongue

Ram: See screenie Big grin

About the cooling i am not sure what i got hehe Big grin i think some scythe things..... Big grin

cpufan is about 969 rpm thats all i can tell sry Confused

So i just need to boost my cpu and if possible the ram :PPP

hm I ofc can try to help U... But it will be a bit difficult on english to explain all steps. And a bit long Tongue But if U really want it we can try to talk (via msn I think will be more easy)
