No one is perfect agreed, but for my perspective I have better things to do that defend second chance cheaters. Its been discussed many times and all have right to opinion or allowing or disallowing access to servers for would-be ex cheaters.
My view is I don’t care about hacks bots and noobs coming and laughing with some lame cheat they found somewhere. or maybe the hunt for "fame"
I care about misplaced trust. something that has to be given without face value online and if abused seems worse than real life abuse of trust.
in real life if my girlfriend cheated and slept with my best friend, you can bet your ass there are 2 people that wouldn’t be getting second chances.
So im less likely to be trusting of someone who only has to type words to regain trust and not look me in the eyes.
Cheating isn’t a crime, that’s to nice a word for it. Its an abuse of my faith and trust, I value that higher.
but its all hot air. no one really cares anymore right ?

I was in a well know net cafe in Greece playing some Cs 4 years ago and a someone who was cheating was busted and many anger gamers started hitting him,punching and kicking him in front of our eyes 
Exactly like hooligans..
In my opinion,cheaters do spoil the fun and should be banned for sometime.I
joined this forum some time ago to upload a demo with a cheater 
On the other hand,ffs ...lets say someone cheated once.He was an idiot...ok,but it is a game and what he did was not a crime 
it is just a game

Server owners decide who to ban or not.All u can do to a cheater is to forbid him to use the nick he cheated with.So if u let a cheater of the hook and dont ban him or u do ban him he gets a second chance anyway,only difference is in the first case he can still use his old nick.And I dont think cheaters should have such a privilege,thats why Im pro total ban and end of discussion.If that person has intentions to come back and cheat or come back and not cheat,he can do it,the choice is up to that person.

There is no fun cheating, those cheaters are more bored cheating than you banning them. Why not giving a second chance to a cheater, and let him play on public servers but no way to let them play any ranked war, he will more likely cheat again. If a 2nd chance is given, no 3rd or no chance anymore, there is fifty pourcent of kids here, so of course they want to do forbidden things just for the pleasure to be against the rule. But imo, after getting caught if they dont retain the lesson when they are unbanned, no more chance.
Considering what, i've seen in this thread, i would trust more a guy like The Death who recognized publicly how stupid what he did was, than ICE who keep speak spanish in an english thread to say stupid things: Yes your famous, and you should keep quite about your cheater reputation...
Last thing for all winner joiner players, mostly in e5, that make uneven teams and laugh/criticize cheaters, i consider them as the same waste.

Rena's rule, is just that, Rena's rule everybody did not agree with it, inmo it was unworkable, because cheaters change ip etc.
once a cheater allways a cheater, I dont believe in that. People can and do change. But saying that, cheats should be permanently banned (obviously untill they change ip etc) but if discovered again just keep on banning, that is all we can do, I see no point in this. We could debate about cheats untill hell freezes over, but at the end of the day they will allways blame Mum/dad/dog/bro or dodgy cd key. We WILL NEVER know the REAL truth behind it.
I know this kinda contradicts what I say about people changing but we just cant afford to take that risk, so we should err on the side of caution. If the player genuinly feels in their heart that they should not have cheated he will delete cheat change ip etc and start playing fresh again.

, but is not mine rule... Since I am in this community people make for each cheater separate tread, then fight each other in 20 pages.... with no conclusion or common stand... about issue....
Was zero tolerance....
Then after I realize that a lot people aren't for zero tolerance but more flexible treatment for cheaters, also that is very energy demanding make 20 pages for each case.... I post on Server Admin forum propose which are supported by huge majority, maybe even 100% server admins.... Surprise was that people which support zero tolerance also join idea and support that law... So, I am pretty sure that law represent majority in community....
That that become E+ LAW. I just wanna Foxy to dimension that it is for real E+ law at least until community decide otherwise. Sure, it is up to server admins to stick with when they support it... Whole tread exists on Server Admin forums.
