New Maps BSP

Hey guys!
I have to admit that I'm kind of a noob and to be honest all this configuration stuff confuses me^^
whatever...
I haven't played for a long time and I just realized i have to install escessive plus version 2.0a
so I did...
The problem is:
Once I want to join sometimes it just says a map (for example q3dm6++) couldn be loaded.
which makes sense but I have no idea where to get these maps from-.-
can someone help me?

kk, das sind pk3 files wie krieg ich die als bsp? er fragt immer nach BSP files...
