If u mean event organisation, anyone can try organise an event.
* make a conf
* propose the idea
* and wait for ppl that are interested to show up
But it is hard task.
The problem isn't about mods or organisors. it's about few ppl that are on community and very few who read/post on forums.

I'm talking about that often here on the forum wrote that the OFFICIAL configs plus ..... and plus .... and maps OFFICIAL .... Then when we organize our tournaments I often hear about the proposed maps and configs we are not OFFICIAL:)) Of course it comes from ignorance. But this ignorance cultivate you. So I ask to begin to remove from the writing on this forum such names - like OFFICIAL configs and OFFICIAL MAPS.

actually from my perspective i think: what the term "Official" represents or try to imply is related with the e+ ranking .. with was official and i still think it is cause we have the games posted in the ranking category here in the e+ website which is the Official e+ website (intentionally repeated )

That's it - you have to determine what you need to play in the e + and what not. This is not the way to development. It is a way to move just your preference. But there are a lot of other configs and maps that are popular. So I say - what do you use your position as moderators and admins of servers to promote only your configs and maps, but this is incorrect.
For development need to learn to receive and other preferences, not just the ones you are accustomed to.
