xp_nomip "0" doesn't work, i do vid_restart and nothing happens...
(what should this command do?)

Maybe i can remove all explosion effect? If yes, please tell me how.

u did good when u set xp_nomip "0" it requires map_restart or load other map not only vid_restart. eg. type /xp_nomip "0" and then /map q3dm1 and u will see Winking

if u modify any pk3 file u will get kick of pb cuz u are unpure. simply said pb checks from server side pk3s with clients pk3.

What effect should i see? (becasue I didn't see any changes Sad )

i guess u have already it in ur cfg, if u want see deferents use xp_nomip "511" (default) then load map and shot by bfg or rockete, then xp_nomip "0" load map and shot by bfg or rockete :]
