I know only that when ppl are playing clanwars with different name then its own they receive yellow card ban. Ain't that so FPS?
Example:

As it was proposed at rank comments, this topic is no longer mandatory for the ranking system. It means "rightful sitizens of this place" (xD pls) are free to post here anything not violating general forum rules like at every other topic.

Anyhow, right as it was before, stealing identify of another player or fakenicking ingame won't be tolerated by rank side.

Personally, about my previous post here, I just joked about, I think it's pretty obvious.

One What I Want wrote is that E+ shlud make ACCOUNTS where if someone join can use only one nickname and the same on servers. One nick for ever and only names of teams or clans can change. STOP with FAKENICKNAME !! XD
