It means that I have left smurfs (with their prior knowledge), who are not participating in this cup, in order to join SF to help them out, after which I am returning to smurfs, you might call it a loan.

No, I will not play with IS until the cup will finish, I will play with SF, and against IS

3. He is multiclaning?

As stated above, I left smurfs, so that rules out the issue of multi-clanning.

4. No1 see this 5 days now?

I'm quite sure many have seen it, benedykt, and whole R2 + spartan from your clan.

It is ok if you are not stealing from someone who is already playing the cup, or is a ''free agent''

Well, the fact that I am one of three leaders of smurfs hasn't changed, also, it is stated in cup rules that the move must be in new clan members topic, and that the participating clan's database must be up to date. Smurfs aren't in the cup, therefore it doesn't apply, but I can't play a cw for them during the cup because that would be multiclanning by official rules. I can be in all of the clans at the same time, but if I play clanwars for both of them, that's multiclan. Cheers. (If smurfs decide to play vs lucky finally, I won't be able to play)

Currently, You are in the DB of both clans as a regular player. This is a serious violation of rules. And, yes, as soon as you play first cw, if things wont change it will be regarded as multiclaning.

To prevent this, you must leave the Smurfs, join IS and after Cup do the opposite move. This should be pointed at "New clan members" and in clan DB.

The situation you talk about is the same like if Id say: "Im joining DIE for one week and I will play CWs with them, but Im still staying with Jumps and going to play CWs next week when they gonna be active"
