but i didnt saw any rule about it on e+...so im not forced to do such things as others, till the member inself ask me to do it.

dunno if there is a rule for this but you make the post to inform the community about your clan status.
Edit : Epsi what you say? Shall we make a rule for that or leave it as it is?

sometimes im wonder to make a post on e+ or not to make it : ) since in each post and topic always comes flame wars :F so since there wasnt any rule i've decided to not make a post
but as all asking for the information, then i will do it.

It's true that there is no rule about using new clan members for joins. This thread is more like an "common sense" rule to show the last joins and actions in your clan to the community. And its used in organized events to get the exact date for a member join according to this thread. So in a way this thread is considered a proof to the community .. that a member joined to your clan on that day.
According to this, yes its true that: in case BC joins to an e+ community event and if a ref will try to check when one new member joined, it might happen for this new member's join post to not be in new clan members thread and then it will be considered as a "very" new player and he will need to spec that specific clanwar (if the event has the "new member wait rule" ). This happen so many times before and yes is a problem. But Refs are requested to watch this thread because its the only one which can give this information.
About adding this thread as a rule for ranking its a bit .. maybe "unprofessional" ? I think a feature might be needed to check exactly when a member joined and the new clan members thread should be automatic about joins and parts from clans. However because this feature is not here yet ill think about it. But i won't promise anything.
Seen from the other angle: Now it gives to the clans the option to not add their new members in this thread but will face with refs in case of ranked events when requested to give the exact proof for the new members join dates.

I can congratulate us all. Our cheater has successfully evolved and changes the model data, snaps, cl_maxPackets, rate and other things. But he won't be able to change everything.
