yes cheaters must ban on the servers. As for me, I was caught in a banana a server and banned, it was a very long time .. it is clear that for the ban.
but what to ban beer freezer? I've never played on beer freezer with cheats. because that hurt someone?

I can congratulate us all. Our cheater has successfully evolved and changes the model data, snaps, cl_maxPackets, rate and other things. But he won't be able to change everything.
