yes u have right ..copy paste misstake...yes blame me was my fault..after i speak with other Eventmanager Darkangel we decide to update the rule to this.( scroll down )..because i think when they recruit and decide to change then is to wait 1 match full ok and when they cant play the hole cup i think is the wrong way to have intresting matches...---
so sry but rules are chage after round 1....like this.

It's very bad to change rules. Because rules are rules. And it' a not better changing, because i don't want to play vs those who were in my clan 2 weeks ago. It's not good for us. So F1 for first revision of this rule. Me neither interesting matches if ex-mi3 participating at this CUP and they gone away to play this CUP in another clan for sure. It's not a jealousy, it's a honesty.
We starting with one rules and will finish with others - cool

ohh. Asphyx looks like i cannot read properly (coz i missed rule about 'cannot play at all'). Moreover, i think that 'cannot play at all' is a bad rule. (if im right it has never been in any cup rules in e+ before). But probably 1 game penalty is too few. I mean, it occurs that coming form no clan and from clan, that takes part in cup, provides same penalty. A bit strange
