You probably have this problem in other games as well. Make sure you don't have Spyware/Adware/Malware. Scan your system for those. If it comes clean, go to the next stage:

Read the readme. Try using the .reg file, try raising the refresh rate of the mouse.
I've seen cases where the m_accel fix of CAL didn't work, so I've got another one that DID work for those players (This one did it for me), try it:

If you have a Logitech mice and the previous file didn't help, try this:

In this tool, check all the checkboxes except for the "Keep other button assignments". Choose 'MouseWare Implimentation' and 'Precision'.

he has set point, so its total senseless use mwadvanced_enu.exe for mouse ware

Setpoint have all options of this program inside.

yes i see now, I cannot move "at all" for maybe 1-3 seconds every few minutes

yep USB drivers are ok, setpoint is correctly installed, plenty of space on the harddrive. i dont get it

try to play in window and with task near q3 window, when u will have mouse prob check fast what program from background use cpu.

or second option its hardware problem - broken wire, i had with that prob, but hq's tip helped solve that problem.

you saying that i have the same problem, i got a logitech click! sometims when i connect to a server and moving the mouse when it joins i cant move left/right till i /quit and re run and /reconnect

btw i dont use Q3 Minimizer...i use alt+enter
