because if not, it will turn into something like this...
left: my 5L (i kind of think its now a 4L) - had since january 06
right: my dads 5L - bought yesterday
and also the new G5 now with a new design and texture, and omg a forward button! gg logitech

same here with idks and my steelpad 5l, his is still realyl black while the black on my one is grey.

sun killed my old fUnc, i went on holidays and when i came back it was deformed because of the sun exposure. 
Will add photos later.

my 5L is only 3 months or so old, and the edges of the pad are peeling off like a bad case of sunburn. You are right, I should have used sun cream

There are just a few little sunrays entering my flat every day, so no need of sun creme.
Unfortunately that's the reason why most of my plants are cactuses.

lol no no, it's the trip from mouth to ashtray where we both drop little tiny pieces of ash on my pad :\ Mostly me, since she's to my right, but I know sometimes when she's using the ashtray there are slips too

OHHH tell me about it, i get the same thing but on my keyboard as i dont smoke using my right hand when playing. Sooo freeekin annoying when u're almost over the keyboard surface with the ash ready to fall out of your cig, then in the last mm's it drops down ](*,)
