1. Trace everithing i log files.
2. Find his provider.
3. Ask, PLEASE provider admin.
4. Send all logs to him.
Result: He will be baned from provider.
I was do that 4 Years a go. Violent dude never make me trouble.

lol then i go too provider admin and tell him 1 time in month that anyone makes such things and he got banned from provider lol

a provider cant ban u from anything 1. without evidence´s 2. he cant ban he just can delete ur domains,ips but i dont think that that wouldnt fix the problem

Can be done:
I forgot, Q3 server is hosted by somone who have admins. When You ask admin of domain where q3 server is, and tell him what You have, logs, he can find in his logs that target guy was connected etc... Then Youre admin forward Yours and his log to admin of domain of troublemaker. Then admin on target will responde.
Only Q is, worth it so much energy ? But if You like it You can do it. Provider who host Q3 server is payed for that in monthly fee wich allready payed.

lol u are talking about a complete other thing how in ur post up there,
a provider is something like arcor,t-online ..... and they DONT host any Q3 gameservers, there is also a diffrence between root/rent (dataprocessing center for show) and only Gameserver hosting cause this ppl have already rented roots and setup gameserver on it and rent it too other ppl (for more money), like holy :roll:
so u cant call this ppl provider

I complitly agrre with You. I here did not talk about what he done. I accept in my dicussion that he violated internet rules. I just post what to do if You realy nail bastard and he realy do something that is globaly forbiden. That's all.

Read my post carefully. Everything on servers loging. Beside logs used for that. So no mather who host and what is hosted. Everything have logs. And if somone abuse internet, servers, routers etc. He will be catched and punish, of course if he is a crasy. Guru guys is hard to catch, beside they are not stuppid and they brake laws and abuse internet for the monney of course, not for fun and fooling arround and childish behavior.

but u can read ye ? cause u say too me i should read and all what i read is that u are telling me something about "provider" and such shit man, the main thing wasnt the logs (i know that almost all things have logs) :roll:
and the second thing is, u must show me these "internet rules" u are talking about lol never heared cause they dont exist, perhaps u think that they should exist but they didnt

Providing can be anything wich can be provided. It is terminology wich You use to show me my noobism ? Hosting is also providein, but word hosting define bether what is provided....
Exists violations, and breaking law.
OK, if I find that from Your IP adress comming flood. That is sample of violation. If You flood port of my server so hard that I cannot work because of that it is breaking of law.Then if I find that You break trough firewall and You rent my disk space or hosting and use my bandwith for that... etc.
Unauthorised access to data, and so on.
Foe example, violator was flood port of my connection and that hung up my server, older ppl, heard about "Tear Drop" , one page od briliant code that used in undrground hacker comunity to bring Microsoft NT servers down arround the world.
So that guy is on IRC flood people with "teardrop" and they lost connections, client side (PC) was freeze. Then I said to him on polite way that is not exceptable. Then he flood my port and bring down my proxy server. Then I collect logs trace his addres report him to his domain admin. He was baned from internet provider. Guy was from New Zeland. In that time New Zeland have only 4 providers. After a wile hi was banned from internet...
