/xp_nomip "bitmask" made it worse.. either i cant read or something else is wrong in my config

Made it worse?... hmm, what bitmask you've used? You didn't put the word "bitmask" as a variable value, did you? :roll:
In case u did: Numbers below represent bits (but in decimal notation) - add these which refere to texture u want to have in picmip=1 (if u add them all you'll get default 511). For example: I use xp_nomip "9" (1+8 - LG & GL in picmip=1 rest same as r_picmip)
