Lag Problem

Hey guys, i just got a new PC, with a widescreen monitor.. etc etc...

I tryied to join Deex a few times.. but it seems im having a LAG problem for playing (not for specting), cause i spec someone and i see the game ok, but then if the player gets killed and i go to Free Spec, then i get like 999 lag, and it also happends if i join the game for playing...

Im not sure what is happening, i tryied to disable the windows firewall, and also i suspended temporaly the anti-virus but nothing.. i also added q3 to the Trusted list, and nothing...

Please help

Lag Problem

half solved... it was my vid config with the Nvidia card... but now i seem to have somekind of problem with the textures.. the is all messed up..

heres a screenshot
