imo an ex referee should know rules enough for that

ktm wasnt participating at cup, and ntg became already punished. so, whats the sense to punish sriam again?

basically sriam just left ktm and joined hyper as the story is, that he helped just out in ntg.

i beginn to have the impression, that some people have fun at punishment.
