DRT has hard time and other more clans increase the quality level of the games...

maybe u can try server 1 again, maybe just for a train or someting (it should have 8 players minimum than), because i tried to make some perfomance improvements.

(higher hunkmegs etc).

About ping i cant help much, but with packetlost u can do a lot.

  • /cl_packetdup 1
  • make maxpackets synchron with maxfps, means, if u have stable /com_maxfps 125 u should set ur maxpackets to 63 or 125, if u have stable maxfps 100 u should set ur maxpackets to 50, 75, or 100, if u have stable maxfps of 90 u should set ur maxpackets to 45 or 90, and so on and so fort. This combination is the main reason for many people. I helped already people on 2!S Freeze Server who had packetlost of 40 % to get 0 %.
  • /com_hunkmegs 128 (minimum - so u have less perfomance lost on custommaps)
  • /snaps 40 should be (at least 30). /snaps are the clientside sv_fps, and they should be synchron with server. If u have lower snaps as server has /sv_fps, than u get performance lost, if ur snaps are higher as sv_fps server will take from u automatically the ammount of sv_fps from ur snaps (autosynchron than).
