Servers: #5 & #7, Referee: Rena, we couldn't find any other referee so both clans agree to be one despite of that I am member of EVOL.

Arrow Because EVOL have terible ping on server #7, 4 players have ping over 200 ms. EVOL suggest that half of map will played at server #7 - 8 minutes. And other half on server #5 - 8 minutes. And sum of those two parts will make result of tie map. PHCElite accept that.
