I dunno wat ive done but my q3 is screwed!! It kept starting in small screen so i had to do alt return to make it big and wen i do this it makes it all blurry,

I tried reseting to default settings and now its worse its blurry all the time even wen it starts big on its own and i dunno how to fix it, further i have been banned from beer freezer while it was hapening and I dont know why SadSad

HELP!!
