yo guys

im havin issues with brightness with nVidia cards with my dualscreen setup...not entirely a "problem" but inconvenience, as such...

basically whenever I load q3, it makes the brightness of my secondary monitor super high...is there any way to make q3 brightness independent, and separate from windows? its kind of annoying now Smug

when i had my radeon for this job, same q3 config, there was never a problem, so maybe there is an option in nVidia drivers that some of u dual screen users have experienced?

sorry if this has been posted before, cant be bothered searching right now Smug
thx,
ash Happy

looooooooooooooooooooooooooool the nub is back Big grin

j/k^^

i THINK it's
[code:1]r_ext_gamma_control "1"
r_gamma X (youll have to find out your favourite value yourself)[/code:1]

i use an nVidia gfccard for years now and i never had a problem with that, though im not a dual-screen-user^^
