can remember the command but it has something ot do with a GUID relax command that allows people to paly with invalid cd keys and empty guids might wanna look into that

indeed he is! I see his nick often in ex+.net shoutbox. I've also seen couples of other servers ban.txt and its the same... he banned more than one time on same ban.txt, same IP, same Guid (when he has one) same Nick...
