amazing ... is ur problem with HZ when u playing q3 only ?

yep.. Sad but i play only Q3... sometimes NFS series... others real sometimes

can u test ur hz not in q3, i mean in windows or other program ? cuz i guess it isnt problem by q3

ur file is a reg file... Refresh Force is a program....

My regfile enables a hidden menu in the drivers so that you can force a choosen Hz to a choosen resolution. So basicly yes, it dose exactely the same thing but without the need of a third part shitty program.
