Hud teamchat messages

3 problems in a row Winking

before i reformatted, in quake i had teamchat messages just above my hud..
i just cant seem to find the command to get that back again
i have all the others, like cg_teamchattime (i set to 9999999999)
cg_teamchatheight 10.. etc...
but i cant get the teamchat messages there

does anybody know what i mean?

Set these in your cfg and see how it works... it may fix your problem. This is all under HUD setup in my autoexec.cfg

mine are allways above my hud
even in standard q3config they are there

the commands u sent me dont work too

its a bit stupid tbh
there should be a command
cg_teamchatenable "1/0"
simple as..

found the command
its:
cg_teamchatsonly 1

if you want your teamchat messages to save in your hud
use that command
with cg_teamchatheight (how many messages get shown before vanish)
and cg_teamchattime (how long u want the messages to stay there)

hmm
cg_teamchatsonly 1 actually disables you to speak publically
sorry, not sure how i did it
but it works for me now Tongue
