its settings for 1920 x 1080 screens. if you have 1920 x 1200 type 1200 instad of 1080
and you shuld have no black stripes.

1st pic full screen incorrect aspect ratio. screen is scalled to 16:9 from 4:3 happend when you change screen from 4:3 to wide screen. q3 show incorrect aspect ratio bc its saved old resolution.
2nd pic correct 4:3 aspect ratio
3rd pic correct 16:9 aspect ratio without scalling just correct rendering. the same as 4:3 but just without stripes.

p.s2 its photoshop edit so this so hub is cutted have no matter i want show idea and what i mean. btw you have to type vid_restart after any changes you type in console.
