Nothing proves he was a real cheater (with stuff I could read), and I never spot him as a strange aiming or a strange behavior while playing. Many players get banned for few minutes because of PB, even for not updating their softwares.

As I could read, too much coercive and unfounded FOR ME : with this judgement I would have been banned worse than him just for having some dangerous stuff on my HDD...
