sounds like a good idea...
alternatives are
DA vs KA
DA vs DEVA
DA vs HK
KA vs DEVA
KA vs HK
DEVA vs HK
2 rounds each match - tdm 200 limit.
in this scenario all would have played all and the fragcounts for all matches can be added together - highest overall frag count wins cup or if you wish lowest frag count gets eliminated and remaining 2 teams play final..

4 players each clan,3 ffa maps,total accumulative frags wins cup!
Only thing,,the finals won't count in the rankings,but if this is Ok
with all parties involved,it's fine by me.

FFA would be somthing diffrent an getting to kill you own team mates would be fun lol 
Edit: FFA may not work if a member from clan D/C during the war(unless logs can still show details).
