I am wanting to start a server but whenever I do it just goes straight to the first map of the game(in single player) and whenever i make a game, i dont have multi jump, i have the machine gun rail gun, and i cant change these, how do i??????

i like quake 3

in server console write:
load conf/urconfigname.cfg
the game should restart and it shoul be fine
