Help! fuckin PC restart after new mice add...

need drivers for this mice: Logitech M-SBF96 Optical Wheel, PS/2 PLS! after i took new mouse my PC started restart every hour or something like that... every boddy said that i need previvious mice... but she dnt work.. need drivers i think... tell me whats the prob.. i am little bit stupid in PC=)

maybe it's not your mouse that is the problem.
i usually do these 2 things...
1) defrag hard drive
2) clean inside of computer

if that doesnt work... maybe there is some sort of conflict of hardware...
