Damn,it was announced iirc,would be cool to have it...maybe in pc version.
He is from these areas yes..his name implies he could be from croatia,but serbia is not excluded too.Supposedly he was smuggling ppl on the adriatic One e-portal here allready pronnounced him as croat.
